Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Gapbell (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is, and is not

Gapbell shows market data, news, economic and earnings calendars and related analysis for information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not execute trades or hold your money. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and may be simulated in demo mode. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a trade. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
  • Keep your password and sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Do not share access to a paid plan.

4. Gapbell Pro subscription

  • Pro costs $10 per month, billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout where they apply.
  • The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge for partial months after you cancel.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If we change the price we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the data or content of the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • circumvent access limits, rate limits or paywalls, or use automated means to load the Service beyond normal use;
  • interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and software belong to the operator or its licensors. Market data and news belong to their respective providers and are shown under their terms. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for as long as you comply with these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, for example when a data source changes. If we remove a paid feature in a way that materially reduces what you paid for, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the rest of the period.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from its use or from errors, delays or interruptions in data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we do so without cause we will refund the unused part of your current period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
