Gapbell Pro is a monthly digital subscription. We want you to be able to try it without risk, so this policy is deliberately simple.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Pro is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No reason needed.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Renewal payments after the first month are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we discontinue a paid feature as described in the terms.
Mistakes and double charges
If you were charged by mistake or twice, tell us and we will refund the extra charge.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have by law as a consumer, including any statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract.
